The Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information assets are fundamental for its successful operations. It has adopted an Information Security Management System (ISMS) comprising of Information Security Policies, Procedures and Processes to effectively protect its data/information and that of its stakeholders from information security threats, whether internal or external, deliberate or accidental. ISMS is aligned with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

The management is committed to ensure that:

  1. The confidentiality of information is maintained against unauthorized disclosure;

  2. The integrity of information is maintained to ensure its accuracy and completeness;

  3. The availability of information is maintained to meet stakeholders’ requirements;

  4. Statutory and regulatory requirements related to information/data protection are met;

  5. Contingency plans are developed, maintained and tested;

  6. Information security awareness is provided to all stakeholders;

  7. Risks are mitigated to an acceptable level through a risk management framework;

  8. The ISMS is continually improved;

  9. Appropriate resources are allocated to implement, operate and review an effective ISMS;

  10. All stakeholders are responsible for the implementation of respective security policies and procedures within their area of operation and oversee adherence by their team members.
